I’m so happy I picked Tricia! She’s polite, patient and her experience is stellar. I’m selling my house which is a first time for me and from start to finish she made the process feel so easy. There were no surprises and she kept me informed at each and every step of the process. Also, she was available to take my call and did not rush me off the phone. I felt heard and like she really cared. I can tell she really does enjoy her work. Lastly she decided on a selling price on my house and only 5 days into the listing I got an excellent offer. I can keep going. She is my third realtor I ‘interviewed’. The first realtor clearly was new to the field, had a full time job elsewhere (she told me) and brought her husband along to a house I wanted to see! Well, she spoke to her husband the whole 20 minutes we were there and hardly interacted with me! The second realtor was a top seller in the area. I got their name from Realtor concierge who said they would be calling me in no longer than 1 hour. And the ‘concierge’ really made her sound good. I had no reason to think otherwise so I sat in my car...using up the AC on a hot day... and sat. Well an hour went by and they didn’t call so I called the concierge back, got her number and then called her. When she picked up she sounded hurried, tense and sounded like she was driving so sometimes it was hard to hear. She seemed impatient when I described how I don’t know the area I’m thinking of buying a house in and asked if she could take me around so I could get a feel of the neighborhoods. So after about 20 min into the call, she wanted me to commit to selling my house with her before we could go out looking for houses, as I was unsure what I wanted. She then said she’s not going to be my ‘tour guide’ and started even arguing with me a little. She made me feel defensive and I’m a happy-go-lucky person. It felt like I was wasting her time. I don’t doubt she was probably a top seller in the area but she also sounded stressed and very irritated with me personally. So I hung up with her and called another top seller in the area. So guess what? The other top seller in the area was Tricia! From the first time I called she was calm and patient and very respectful. I told Tricia the same things I told the second realtor-that I’m not sure what I want and could she show me neighborhoods and properties. The difference is Tricia was glad to help me and glad to take me around. In fact, she was able to show me properties within 24 hours of us talking with no strings attached. And when she did I did not feel pressure to buy or sell. I was able to focus on my experience and how I felt about seeing the actual properties. I got a good vibe from Tricia right from the very beginning. I don’t usually write reviews but you know you can’t go wrong when at least 87 others have rated her as 5 stars too. You won’t be disappointed!
